Today we dispatched a fresh batch of CATL 3.7V 93Ah NMC battery cells to our customer in the United States. Before these cells left our warehouse, each one went through a careful and complete quality process. Here is what happened before the truck rolled out.
Each and every unit passed a full visual inspection before it could enter the packing line. Our team looked for any sign of scratches, dents, leakage, or damaged terminals. If a cell showed any visible defect, it was removed from the batch on the spot. Only clean and flawless cells were allowed to move on to the next stage.
For every order we export, we run the same multi-step quality checks. Our goal is straightforward: to deliver lithium-ion cells that can be trusted in actual energy projects. That is why we measure the voltage and internal resistance of each cell individually, and also perform a torque test on the terminals to make sure the connections are tight and will not loosen during transport or installation. Together, these checks confirm that the cells will stay stable once they arrive at your site.
After passing all checks, the cells were packed with strong cartons, protective cushioning, and sealed pallets. We know how far this shipment has to travel, and we do not want anything damaged on the way. Our goal is simple: when you open the package, everything should look exactly as it did when we sealed it.
